2017 was a year of GROWTH – not only for Chattanooga Property Shop – but for Keller Williams Realty as a whole! The successes of KW Greater Downtown agents and teams were celebrated Tuesday morning at the annual KWDT Awards Breakfast.
Of the 11,000 Keller Williams agents in the Southeast Region, which includes Nashville and Atlanta, only sixty-one agents or agent-teams claimed a Millionaire Real Estate Agent Award for 2017 sales. After closing nearly $50 million of real estate in 2017, Chattanooga Property Shop was within the 0.5% with their name inscribed upon an MREA Award.
Chattanooga Property Shop owners, Lisa Brown and Diane Patty, were among the top five agents who contributed to KWCares, Keller Williams’ public charity supporting agents in emergency situations, in 2017. The dynamic duo was also recognized for their leadership within the KW Greater Downtown office after serving on the 2017 Agent Leadership Committee. Lisa Brown was individually recognized for closing the third most commercial units amongst all commercial agents for the year.
